Shayne started in the hospitality industry in 2007 as a project manager for Seattle-based manufacturer Electric Mirror. Over the next 4 years his position evolved into a hybrid of project manager, multi-regional sales manager, and local sales rep.  This diversity of rolls gave him a unique opportunity to develop new skills and form key relationships throughout the industry.  Since then he has contracted for an Australian designer/manufacturer of high-end bathware as well as a local furniture showroom/rep group, and most recently launched his own independent rep group in 2015.

Shayne is a member of NEWH, the premier networking resource for the hospitality industry, and served on the NEWH Northwest Chapter board from 2009 to 2016.

When not at work, Shayne enjoys playing Frisbee, paddle-boarding, hiking, exercising, playing games, traveling, cheering on his Seahawks, watching good movies, reading, cooking, landscaping, and spending time with his lovely wife Kate.
